How long does shipping take?

Shipping times are between 7-10 days.

The reason for this is ALL items are made to order due to the amount of customers who request custom work.

What if my parcel arrives broken?

No need to worry!

Simply take a picture of it, reach out to us, and we will either issue a full refund to you, OR, replace it at no cost to you.

Can I request a custom product/colour?

SURE! We love this!

Simply send us an example of what you like, and we will do our best to match it!

Are these decor pieces safe for food?

Yes, they are. However, only DRY foods like biltong, sweets, chips, etc.
